Personalized items are non-refundable and orders may not be canceled after production has begun (Usually within 1-2 days). However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact the seller as soon as possible and we'll do everything we can to make it right! 

Refunds are not available for digital items, but we're happy to help with troubleshooting if you run into issues!
